Abercrave Railway Station
Cae Hopkin was the location of Abercrave Railway Station, on the line from Ystradgynlais to Brecon. The stretch of the line from Ystradgynlais to cae Hopkin is now a cycle path and walking route.
Cae Hopkin Vestry
Cae Hopkin Sunday School Vestry, also known as Cae Hopkin Congregational Vestry, was an establishment in the village owned by Ty'nycoed Welsh Congregational Chapel.
Cae Hopkin School
Cae Hopkin School remained open until the county council's reorganisation of 2012. As a small school it was much beloved by the parents who sent their children there, and had a good reputation in the valley.
