John Morris
Headmaster of Gurnos School
John Llewellyn Morris was Headmaster of Gurnos School by 1955, and was going strong in 1960. We have a newspaper article on his wedding, from The Voice Friday 12th August 1955:-
HEADMASTER'S WEDDING
Married at Tabernacl Chapel, Ystradgynlais, Mr John Llewellyn Morris, Headmaster at Gurnos School and Miss Iionwy Morgan, Anvil House, Ystradgynlais.
The South Wales Voice of November 26th 1964 reports on pupils of Gurnos Junior School who had passed their road safety proficiency certificates in cycling. The article shows that John Morris was still headmaster at Gurnos.
